OMAT Electric Control ValveOverview
OMAT electric control valves are widely used due to their good stability and simple maintenance. They can be designed as balanced type, eliminating most of the static unbalanced force on the valve disc, and providing a certain damping effect to reduce vibration caused by fluid flow. They can be used in applications with relatively high pressure differences, and options include multi-spring pneumatic diaphragm mechanisms or electric actuators.
Power supply: DC24V, AC220V, AC380V, and other voltage levels.
Control signal: DC4-20mA or DC1-5V.
Feedback control signal: DC4-20mA (load resistance below 500 ohms).
By receiving signals from industrial automation control systems (e.g., 4~20mA), the valve is driven to change the cross-sectional area between the valve core and seat, controlling process parameters such as flow, temperature, and pressure of the pipeline medium. This enables automated regulation.
The electric control valve actuator includes servo functionality, accepting standard signals such as 4-20mA or 1-5V DC, converting the current signal into corresponding linear displacement, and automatically adjusting the valve opening to achieve continuous regulation of pressure, flow, temperature, and other process parameters of the fluid in the pipeline.
